1. What area(s) do you currently service?
Answer: We currently service every state in New England except Maine. Learn more about who we service.
2. Do you charge travel time and how do you gauge this?
Answer: Yes, we do charge travel time and it is “portal to portal” at our hourly rate. Directions are derived directly from Map Quest.
3. Do you accept credit cards?
Answer: Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
4. How many employees do you staff?
Answer: As of October 9, 2009, our workforce consists of 13 CFESA, OSHA and industry trained technicians along with 11 highly motivated and skilled administrative personnel.
5. Can I just order parts from you?
Answer: Yes. We have access to parts from over 200 OEM product lines and offer parts distribution at very competitive pricing to thousands of our customers.
6. Where are you located and how large is your facility?
Answer: We are located in Norwood, MA and we currently own 15,000 square feet with hopes of increasing our space in the near future to accommodate our service demands.
7. Do you install equipment as well as provide service for it?
Answer: Yes. Because we pride ourselves on the selection of each technician we employ, the demand of their skill is unusually high. Each technician is a Level I Certified Technician. Learn more about our technicians.
