HOW DOES IT WORK?
A lead technician or principal visits your facility and performs an audit of your equipment. Gathering accurate information (including make, model, serial, voltage, wattage, phase, gas and refrigerant type, etc.) is critical to the success of our Planned Maintenance Program. We then develop a customized program that is suited to your unique requirements. A checklist is generated for each piece of equipment outlining specific safety and operational procedures. This checklist is specifically detailed and is performed on each machine in the PM program during routine visits. Upon completion of the audit, you are furnished with a report that includes:
- Service Histories
- Activity Reports
- Detailed Financials
- Age of Equipment
- Recommended repair/replacement options.
This information assists with budget projections and can be utilized to compare cost expenditures, condition and reliability for each piece of equipment, allowing you to make well-informed business decisions regarding your Commercial Kitchen, whatever the size.
