Michelle brings years of experience growing our warranty services into her role as Service Administrator. In her previous position, she would submit all warranty claims and serve as a liaison for our customers and manufacturers during the warranty process. Her communication, knowledge of the industry and service relationships are key factors in helping our customers form their expectations and receive good service. She enjoys going for walks and football Sundays. Go Patriots!
