Environmental Awareness

Safety is our #1 priority. The safety of our service technicians as well as your staff is of the utmost importance to us. Our staff and technicians undergo regular training to help bring awareness to potential risks in the workplace. We ensure that our technicians are both qualified and prepared to deal with a variety of refrigerants, gas equipment, torch work & flame.

Our staff has completed online LOTO (lock-out, tag-out) and code of conduct training courses. We’ve also hosted several OSHA and NFPA seminars at our facility, and will have continued opportunity for hands on training at our state-of-the-art test kitchen. Our service technicians are all Level I Certified, meaning we can source, receive, deliver and install your equipment. If the job requires a licensed plumber or electrician, we can facilitate that process as well. We tailor the delivery and installation of equipment to our clients in a safe manner and in a way that meets all of their guidelines and expectations. Our technicians hold their OSHA-10 certifications, while some hold OSHA-30 certification.


As we continue to grow, the safety of our employees as well as those we interact with each day will remain our main focus. We don’t take shortcuts when it comes to food quality and our environment.
